I bought a Targus Chill Pad to cool my laptop, but it was made very poorly, and after a short period of time the fans made a horrible sound. At first it worked fine, but in less than six weeks the sound was horrible. I tried to take it apart and fix it, but their design is horrible, and you'd have to bust the thing apart to get to the fans. So it's an amazingly simple product, and an amazingly bad design, where the only thing you can do to fix it is buy another one every six weeks. Uh, sorry, no thanks.
